# DRAFT — FOR LEGAL REVIEW — NOT APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION

# Proposed Submission and Payment Consent Text

The following is proposed checkbox/checkout disclosure text for counsel and owner review. It is not live and has no active version identifier.

## Proposed required acknowledgement 1 — authority and accuracy

> I represent that I am authorized to submit this Business and the Business information, website, screenshot, links, credentials, contact details, and other evidence I provide are accurate and lawfully provided. I authorize PLOCAL to store and review the submitted materials for the PLOCAL Evaluation and, subject to the approved Terms and Privacy Notice, to publish approved Business Profile, Evaluation, voting-progress, Recognition, Award, and history information.

## Proposed required acknowledgement 2 — paid Evaluation and timing

> I understand that I am purchasing the PLOCAL Evaluation service for a base fee of $250.00 USD plus applicable taxes calculated at Stripe Checkout. After Stripe confirms payment and PLOCAL successfully activates the Evaluation, the EvaluationWindow lasts exactly 96 elapsed hours. PLOCAL evaluates Digital, Service, and Trust and may publish a 0–10 PLOCAL Score.

## Proposed required acknowledgement 3 — voting and decision authority

> I understand that public voting contributes only to qualification/verification and does not choose winners. PLOCAL makes final Recognition decisions. Payment does not guarantee or influence a specific score, Public Voting, Qualification, Honors, badge, Business of the Day/Month/Year, ranking, placement, recommendation, or verification outcome. Nominee and Honors do not receive badges.

## Proposed required acknowledgement 4 — refund policy

> I acknowledge the approved PLOCAL Evaluation Refund Policy: verified duplicate successful charges are refunded in full; before Evaluation starts PLOCAL may approve a refund when appropriate but no refund is automatic; once the 96-hour Evaluation starts the purchase is normally non-refundable except where legally required or under an approved exceptional/service-not-provided determination; delay and Evaluation/Recognition results do not automatically create refund entitlement.

## Proposed required acknowledgement 5 — legal documents

> I have read and agree to the PLOCAL Terms of Service version [SERVER-DEFINED APPROVED VERSION], Privacy Notice version [SERVER-DEFINED APPROVED VERSION], Submission Consent version [SERVER-DEFINED APPROVED VERSION], and Refund Policy version [SERVER-DEFINED APPROVED VERSION].

## Versioning/implementation gate

Counsel must approve final wording and effective version identifiers. Only then should server configuration expose active approved versions and the live form collect/record each acknowledgement in `business_submission_consents`. The browser must never select or invent an approved version. Existing live evidence remains limited to server version `1.0` for `authorization_accuracy` and `no_guarantee_acknowledgement`; B3.2 does not relabel those records or bind them to these drafts.
